  1. I know I suggested Pumpkin Ale on Twitter, but after seeing the OTHER options I realize that balsamic vinaigrette is a fantastic and unusual idea. I made Lotus pear-sauce once with vanilla and balsamic vinegar and it was delicious. Love the idea!

Frangelico is delicious. I made a really good hazelnut choc mouse pie with it once. Didn’t look very pretty, but tasted like heaven.

Of course since I suggested the Frangelico that is the ingrediant I voted for! The birthday cake shot (or chocolate batter shot) is 1 part vanilla vodka, one part Frangelico. Sugar a lemon slice and lick the sugar, drink the shot, then suck on the lemon. The shot tastes just like cake batter! Would be awfully yummy in a cake!

I’ve now used all but two of these! I still need to use cardamom and persimmon.
